Where is my order?

You can track in real time your order once it has been shipped. The
tracking number can be found in the order confirmation email you have
received, or in your personal account.

Why should I create an account?

By creating an account, not only will you receive exclusive offers, but
it will make your experience faster too! For instance, once you have an
account, we will not ask you your address anymore.

I forgot my password!

That's really unfortunate... but we've got you covered! Simply open the login page, and click on "Forgot password". We will automatically send you an email to re-enter your password.

Can I sign up to your newsletter?

Yes! Just enter your email or phone number in the sign up form at the bottom of this
page, and you’ll be added to our subscription list. You’ll be sent
updates, exclusive offers, and much more.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

Currently, we do not offer prescription lenses for our glasses. However, you can easily remove the lenses and replace them with your own prescription lenses.

What is S.O.N.?

S.O.N. "Sounds Over Noise" This is how we determine how sound is using our eyewear in loud environments with out noise cancellation.

Are your glasses bone conduction "quality" or actual bone conduction tech where there is zero audible to anyone not wearing them?

Our glasses utilize bone conduction technology, allowing for a unique listening experience. While there may be some audible sound if turned all the way up, our S.O.N. (Sound Over Noise) feature ensures they are suitable for loud environments.

Where do you ship to?

Mostly to United States, Australia, United Kingdom, and Canada, but we can ship globally if need be.

How long will my order take?

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
The average shipping time is 5-10 or 8-18 business days depending on product and delivery destination.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Just fill out our return order form that will walk you through the process.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for full refund if the item is still unopened complete with all tags in it's original packaging.

Items that are not in this condition are not subject for return.

I've purchased tickets to the livestream. How do I access it?

Visit the livestream event page [HERE], and log into the account you set up during your checkout
process.

How can I create an account if I don't have one yet?

You can create your account [HERE].
Please use the same email that you used for placing your order. Also,
make sure the email you use matches the one associated with your chosen
payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). All available payment
methods are listed on the site.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you're experiencing issues logging in or resetting your password, you
might need to create your account. If you didn't log in while
purchasing your ticket, an account wouldn't have been automatically
created.

Is it possible to fast forward or rewind while watching the livestream?

No, fast forwarding or rewinding features are not available during the initial airing of the livestream.

Can I watch the livestream on my TV?

Yes, the livestream can be viewed on your TV, but note that the casting won't start until the stream does. Here's how:

  • Open the browser app on your TV, navigate to the livestream page, sign in, and start watching.
  • Connect your device to the
    TV, open the livestream page on a browser on your mobile device or
    computer, sign in, and start watching. For detailed instructions, refer
    to the Chromecast guide or the Apple TV guide.

Note: Due to Apple restrictions, iOS devices cannot
Cast or Airplay directly from the Chrome web browser. However, you can
use Airplay through Safari on iOS for Apple TV and other devices
supporting Airplay. For more details, please refer to the system
requirements here.
